Age is only a number, focus on your ability.
Exercise has to be individual, because after 50 we have more life history from our unique physical and emotional experiences and sadly more conditions to consider.
We now have issues in our tissues from too much, too little and the wrong kinds of repetition. I see my role these days, to help you feel stronger, move with more freedom and be in less pain.
The exercise you’ll continue to do is the one you enjoy.
