Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing style of yoga,
a receptive practice, not an active practice.
Poses are held from 3 – 10 minutes or beyond.
During this time you are held in a shape that is effective on both a physical and emotional level.
You are supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks. It is here you can let go of those deep holding patterns in your body and find a state of balance.
